Allison is a genuine life enthusiast and is passionate about self-mastery, genuine relationships and encouraging others towards their best potential! Growing up in Grosse Pointe amongst older homes connected to Michigan history, Allison developed a love for architecture and creating special spaces that bring joy to people's lives. Wanting to share that love with others, she acquired her real estate license in 2018, where she shines in helping buyers find special spaces, thoughtfully honors the sale of those sacred spaces to new buyers, and understands transactions and personality expertly for peaceful transactions. A relentless pursuit of knowledge is at Allison's core-and she uses the fruits of that pursuit to offer her clients a a seamless, positive transaction where they feel "seen" and "heard" for who they are, what they are looking for, and what negotiations would make them feel truly successful in their purchase or sale. To support those goals, Allison employs the knowledge and skills learned from education she received along the way. She has obtained a certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (R.E.N.E) , a bachelor's degree in Professional Communication, two Master's Degrees (Leadership Science and Psychology) and has completed all but dissertation (ABD) for her PhD in Psychology. Allison has also enjoyed working as a transaction coordinator for other busy Realtors®, creating even more "season" in her transaction management skills.  Allison calls the Lake Orion/Clarkston area home, with her "home DIY partner" and husband, Matt, and her aspiring NFL player-middle-school-aged son, Luke. Allison's adult daughter, Rowan, lives in Rochester.
