With deep roots in Genesee County, Michigan, Kelly Roda brings both hometown warmth and professional expertise to her role as Executive Assistant to Broker/Owner Bethany Brokaw. Kelly has been a licensed real estate agent since 2021 and is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BBA, giving her valuable industry insight that enhances her administrative capabilities.

Kelly manages the complex day-to-day operations that keep us running smoothly. From providing exceptional client care services to handling phone communications, coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and organizing essential documentation, her attention to detail and commitment to excellence touch every aspect of our business.

Outside of work, Kelly cherishes time with her two beautiful children and channels her competitive spirit on the volleyball court. Her blend of professional knowledge, organizational talents, and genuine care for others makes Kelly an invaluable member of our team.
